  • Unlimited vet/nurse consultations (fair usage applies)
  • Annual vaccinations
  • In-app booking system
  • 10% off selected routine treatments (e.g., neutering)
  • 15% off dental procedures
  • Nail clipping and anal gland expression (when required)
  • Flea and worming treatment as an optional add-on:
    • £10/month
    • £15/month for extra-large dogs (>35kg)

b) Pay-As-You-Go

  • No ongoing fees or commitment
  • Instant in-app booking

c) Existing Pet Health Plan (Separate from subscription memberships)

Includes core preventive care (consultations not included):

  • Annual core vaccinations (including Kennel Cough for dogs when needed)
  • Flea, tick & worming treatments (as recommended by your vet)
  • Microchipping (or £10 off pet food if already microchipped)
  • Six-month health check (non-illness consult)
  • Claw clipping
  • Anal gland expression
  • 15% off stage 1 dental procedures (descaling, polishing, X-rays)
  • 10% off neutering and all pet food
  • 5% off Vetsure Pet Insurance (if taken out or renewed for pets on this plan)

  • Level 1: £25/month (core benefits only)
  • Level 2: £35/month (core benefits + monthly flea & quarterly de-worming)
  • Extra-Large Dogs (greater than 40Kgs): £40/month (includes all Level 2 benefits)

Your unlimited consultations start as soon as you sign up for a subscription plan.

In order to start receiving the benefits the direct debit is initiated straight away.

No, additional treatments, procedures, and medications are not included in the membership plans. Pricing will be provided in advance.

Yes. Our membership plans are not a replacement for pet insurance. We strongly recommend that you maintain a separate pet insurance policy.

  • Within 14 days: You may cancel for free. However, if any services, products, or medications were used during this period, you will be charged for them.
  • After 14 days: You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice by emailing reception@battlersgreenvet.co.uk. You’ll continue to receive benefits during the notice period.

  • After 14 days, a cancellation fee of £60 apply, as well as payment of the difference between:
    • The value of services used at Pay As You Go pricing (ie vaccination and consultations that have already been given) and
    • Any subscription payments made to date
  • No refund will be given for unused services
  • No cancellation fee if your pet passes away

Yes any flea or worm treatment that has been dispensed will be charged for minus the monthly subscription fee

Yes, each pet requires its own subscription. Membership benefits are not transferable between pets.

No, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
